Team-building Garden Parties · Los Angeles
We turn your office, offsite, or venue into a styled flower bar and guide every guest through a seasonal arrangement. No awkward icebreakers and no cleanup for your team — just people making something beautiful together.
No deposit to check a date. We reply with availability and a personalized proposal.

The anti-icebreaker
A flower table gives everyone something to do with their hands and an easy reason to talk. Titles disappear at the stem bucket; no one has to perform, compete, or pretend to love an icebreaker.
Each arrangement becomes personal while the experience stays shared. Your team leaves with a finished piece and a keepsake vase. Your organizer leaves without the craft-project cleanup.
One table. A hundred small decisions.
A signature session runs about 90 minutes. We arrive early, build the flower bar, guide every stem, and clear the working materials when the last group photo is taken.

Guests meet buckets of conditioned, seasonal stems in a palette chosen for your team, brand, or occasion. Vases, clippers, mechanics, and table protection are already in place.
Your Bloom Boom florist breaks the arrangement into approachable steps: the base, focal flowers, movement, and the wild edges that make the piece feel alive.
People choose, trade, trim, compare, and ask for help at their own pace. We circulate table to table so beginners finish with something they are proud to carry home.
Everyone leaves with their own arrangement, vase and all. We consolidate the stems, tools, and working materials so your team can move on to the next agenda item.
Why flowers work
There is no athletic advantage, trivia gap, public-performance moment, or single “winner.” Every guest can make different choices and still finish beautifully.
The shared flower bar creates organic exchanges: “Which stem are you using?” is a much better opener than “tell us a fun fact.”
A tiered wall of flowers transforms the room before the workshop begins and gives your team a genuinely photogenic moment throughout.
Every participant leaves with a fresh arrangement they made and a vase they can reuse — a visible memory that lasts beyond the calendar invite.
Choose your pace
We build around the time, room, and headcount you actually have. These are starting formats, not rigid packages.
A compact guided arrangement that fits a lunch break, employee-appreciation moment, or conference breakout without taking over the day.
The full Bloom Boom experience: a styled flower bar, step-by-step instruction, room to experiment, and a finished arrangement for every guest.
An extended session for leadership retreats, holiday gatherings, and creative teams that want a deeper design lesson or a more elaborate vessel.

Make it yours
Start with a mood board, company palette, event invitation, or a single color. We translate it into seasonal flowers that feel designed for your room — not dropped in from a generic workshop kit.
