How same-day delivery works
Place your order on the site by 4pm Pacific, Monday through Saturday, and we will deliver the same day to DTLA. High-rise buildings: add the floor number, unit, and any doorman instructions in the order notes. For office deliveries, include the building name and floor, plus the recipient's full name if it is a reception-desk drop. About delivering in DTLA
We handle DTLA neighborhood by neighborhood because each one has its own rhythm. The Arts District around 4th and Mateo is our galleries-and-creative-agencies route — we have designed openings for Arts District venues and weekly stems for restaurants along Mateo and Traction Ave. The Financial District and Bunker Hill are heavy corporate — we send arrangements into the office towers at Library Tower, Wells Fargo Center, and the surrounding blocks, and to the hotels that serve the business corridor. South Park (around LA Live and Crypto.com Arena) is hotel-and-event heavy — Ritz-Carlton Residences, the JW Marriott at LA Live, and the event venues in that district. The Historic Core along Broadway and Spring is a mix of loft residential and restaurant work. Little Tokyo takes occasional florals for events at the Japanese American National Museum and restaurants along 1st and 2nd. Chinatown and the Fashion District take a lower but steady volume of residential and retail work.

Why local matters in DTLA
Downtown LA is deceptively big. A national-brand relay site that takes your DTLA order and passes it to "a florist in Los Angeles" might hand it to a shop in Pico-Union, Vermont Ave, or Koreatown that has no business delivering to a penthouse in the Arts District or a corner office on Bunker Hill.
