Make a night of it. Hours from 11 PM to 10 AM are billed at 1.5× that date’s rate: $187.50, $262.50 or $300 per hour. One $150 cleaning fee per rental.

The details that make planning easy

Minimum time. Four hours Monday–Wednesday and for Sunday starts at or after 5 p.m. Six hours Thursday–Saturday and for Sunday starts before 5 p.m. Rental time should include your setup and pack-down.

Overnight & seasonal pricing. Each calendar date uses its own rate. December 8 through January 7 is $200 per daytime hour, every day. Hours from 11 p.m. to 10 a.m. are 1.5×, including the holiday rate. Duration counts actual elapsed hours through clock changes; a repeated start time uses its first occurrence. Cleaning is $150 once.

Availability. Busy times come from our booking calendar and refresh while you explore. Overnight rentals check both dates. Calendar changes may take a few minutes to appear. Your date is only confirmed after our team verifies availability and confirms your booking.
